Ko Marama ahau

 I am a rongoā Māori practitioner, mother of four, and grandmother of five. I’ve been running my healing practice for the last 8 years in Te Tai Tokerau.

I’m lucky to work alongside my mum Maria, and my two daughters, Maria and Ana. Together, we’re three generations of wāhine who love sharing mirimiri, traditional Māori healing, native plant medicine, and rongoā products.

My heart is with supporting our community to better health and wellbeing. I’m passionate about making traditional healing and cultural support more available, looking after the whole person, mind, body, and wairua.
